Chapter 6 Corporate communication


--->  Presentation skills is in the top five skills that companies look for when filling positions.

--->   A woman speaks between 22,000 and 25,000 words a day whereas a man speaks between 7,000 and 10,000

--->  Scapgoating--It is seen in most family situations and in the workplace and is usually  destructive.

--->  Avoidance--an avoidance "project" to shift the subject away from yourself to enter a comfort zone
