Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing BSNL ExamPrep. This policy outlines our guidelines for refunds and cancellations.

1. Digital Products and Subscriptions

BSNL ExamPrep provides digital educational content (mock exams, practice questions, study material). Because our products are digital and access is granted immediately upon successful payment, all sales are considered final.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:

• Duplicate payment: If you were charged multiple times for the same transaction due to a technical error.
• Failure to provide service: If you made a successful payment but the premium access was not granted to your account within 48 hours, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

We do not issue refunds for the following reasons:

• You changed your mind after purchasing.
• You did not use the subscription during the billing period.
• You are unhappy with the content (we provide free preview/freemium access to evaluate the content before purchasing).

4. Cancellation Policy

Your subscription is a one-time payment for a specific duration (e.g., 1 Year). It does not auto-renew. Therefore, there is no need to manually cancel your subscription to prevent future charges. Your access will simply expire at the end of the term.

5. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund under Section 2, please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction via our Contact Us page. Please include your Transaction ID, Order ID, and registered email address.

Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
